Ingredients
  Lamb chops 90 Gram
  Yogurt 125 Milliliter
  All purpose flour 10 Milliliter
  Curry powder 15 Milliliter
  Fine bread crumbs 30 Milliliter
  Water 30 Milliliter
Directions

Place the lamb in a casserole dish.
In a small mixing bowl blend the yogurt, flour and curry powder.
Spread over the lamb.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and pour the water in along the sides.
Place in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven and bake for 40 minutes or until the lamb is tender.
Remove and serve with a rice pilaf.
