Ingredients
  Boneless lean lamb 675 Gram
  Butter 75 Milliliter
  Minced garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  All purpose flour 45 Milliliter
  Chopped fresh parsley 15 Milliliter
  Red wine 60 Milliliter
  Peeled seeded chopped tomatoes 250 Milliliter
  Chicken stock 125 Milliliter
  Oregano 5 Milliliter
  Capers 10 Milliliter
  Lemon zest 10 Milliliter
  Salt 3 Milliliter
  Pepper 3 Milliliter
  Paprika 3 Milliliter
Directions

Coarse dice the lamb.
Heat the butter in a large sauce pan.
Add the lamb and garlic, cook until meat browns.
Sprinkle with flour and continue cooking for 3 minutes over low heat.
Add the remaining ingredients, simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve with rice.
