Sweet 'N Sour Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  Lamb shoulder 4 (1 Inch Thick)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Orange slices 4
  Lemon wedges 4
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Brown chops over low heat.
Combine vinegar, brown sugar, salt, dash pepper, and ginger; pour over meat.
Top each chop with orange slice and lemon wedge.
Cover; cook over low heat 30 minutes or till tender.
Remove to warm platter.
Pour pan juices into measuring cup; skim off fat; add water to make 1 cup.
Return liquid to skillet.
Blend cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water; stir into liquid.
Cook and stir till mixture boils.
Serve over chops on fluffy rice.
