Herb Grilled Lamb Chops
|Lamb loin/8 rib lamb chops||4 Large|
|Bay leaves||3 Small, crushed|
|Lemon||1 , grated rind and juiced|
Trim chops of excess fat.
Mix herbs, lemon rind, and paprika.
Rub mixture well into both sides of chops.
Arrange chops in large shallow dish; pour lemon juice and oil over them.
Season lightly with salt and pepper; place in refrigerator for 3 hours, turning occasionally.
When ready to cook, drain chops and place on hot griddle.
Sprinkle any leftover dried herbs onto coals.
Cook chops 16-20 minutes, turning once or twice.
