Cilantro Grilled Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  Lamb chops 60 Gram
  Chili powder 15 Milliliter
  Oregano leaves 3 Milliliter
  Thyme leaves 3 Milliliter
  Basil leaves 3 Milliliter
  Onion powder 3 Milliliter
  Garlic powder 3 Milliliter
  Salt 3 Milliliter
  White pepper 3 Milliliter
  Black pepper 3 Milliliter
  Cayenne pepper 1 Milliliter
  Butter 125 Milliliter
  Minced garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Chopped fresh cilantro 125 Milliliter
  Dijon mustard 5 Milliliter
  Lemon zest 5 Milliliter
  Olive oil 30 Milliliter
Directions

Trim the chops of excess fat.
Combine the seasonings and sprinkle on the chops.
Cover chops and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Combine the butter with the garlic, cilantro, mustard and lemon.
Spread on a sheet of wax paper and roll in cigar shape.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Brush the chops with the oil.
Grill for 3 minutes per side.
Slice the butter in thick rounds.
Place one round on each serving of 2 chops.
Serve at once.
