Touch Of Dill Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  Blade lamb chops/Round bone lamb chops 4 (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Shortening 1 Tablespoon
  Condensed cream of celery soup 11 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground dill seed 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a skillet, add shortening and brown the chops on either sides.
2. Stir in water, dill seed and soup.
3. Mix thoroughly and simmer, stirring intermittently, for about 35 to 40 minutes or till chops turn fork tender.

SERVING
4. Serve hot.
