Curried Lamb

Ingredients
  Margarine/Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Instant chicken bouillon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked lamb 3 Ounce, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  Green pepper 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Dairy sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Hot cooked rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Place margarine and onion in 22-oz casserole [1-qt casserole].
Microwave uncovered on high (550 watts) until onion is crisp-tender, 45 to 60 sec [1 1/4 to 1 1/2 min].
Mix in flour.
Stir in water, bouillon (dry), curry powder and salt.
Microwave uncovered 30 sec [60 sec]; stir.
Microwave uncovered until thickened, 15 to 30 sec longer [30 to 60 sec longer].
Stir in lamb and green pepper.
Cover tightly and microwave until hot, 2 to 3 min [3 to 4 min].
Stir in sour cream.
Cover tightly and let stand 3 min.
