Lamb Patties with Cranberry Mint Sauce
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Ground lamb||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Minced parsley||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Pine nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cranberry sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In mixing bowl crush garlic in salt; add pepper, lamb, parsley, and egg.
Mix lightly until well blended.
Stir in pine nuts.
Form into 8 patties 1 inch thick.
Broil over coals or under broiler until nicely browned on each side but pink inside.
Place on heated serving platter; garnish with watercress.
Serve with Cranberry Mint Sauce.
