Lamb Patties With Cranberry Mint Sauce

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground lamb 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Minced parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Pine nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Watercress 1
  Cranberry sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In mixing bowl crush garlic in salt; add pepper, lamb, parsley, and egg.
Mix lightly until well blended.
Stir in pine nuts.
Form into 8 patties 1 inch thick.
Broil over coals or under broiler until nicely browned on each side but pink inside.
Place on heated serving platter; garnish with watercress.
Serve with Cranberry Mint Sauce.
