Microwaved Lamb Chops
|Onion||1 , peeled and sliced|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , deseeded and sliced|
|Tomatoes||8 Ounce, chopped (225 Grams)|
|Beef stock||2 Fluid Ounce (50 Milliliter)|
1) Arrange chops on a dish and top with a piece of lemon on each chop.
2) Toss chops with the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
3) Cover and cook for 7 minutes on power.
4) Allow to stand for 5 minutes and then serve hot.
