Wine Marinade For Lamb

Ingredients
  Sauterne/White dinner wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Dried tarragon 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Powdered thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Powdered rosemary 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine together all the ingredients. If the herbs are not powdered, crumble them very finely.
2) Use the sauce by pouring it all over the lamb chops and allow it to stand for about 2 hours in the refrigerator.
3) Drain properly and over very hot coals, broil the lamb, occasionally basting with the marinade.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
