Okey'S Lamb Racks

  Lamb racks 4 , frenched
  Olive oil 60 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 60 Milliliter
  White vermouth 60 Milliliter
  Thyme 5 Milliliter
  Basil 5 Milliliter
  Chervil 5 Milliliter
  Oregano 5 Milliliter
  Marjoram 5 Milliliter
  Salt 5 Milliliter
  Cracked black pepper 3 Milliliter
  Ground cumin 3 Milliliter
  Worcestershire sauce 5 Milliliter
  Tabasco sauce 3 Drop
Directions

Trim the lamb racks of any excess fat, place into a shallow pan.
Combine the remaining ingredients together, pour over the lamb racks and marinate for 8 hours.
Grill the lamb racks for 5 minutes per side over high coals.
Insert a meat thermometer into one, transfer to a cooler part of the grill, cover grill and continue to cook until thermometer registers 160°F (66°C) for medium, longer for well done.
Brush with marinade occasionally.
Serve.
