Roast Rack Of Lamb

Ingredients
  Rack lamb 1
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard/1 tablespoon dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 , zested
  Fresh rosemary/1 teaspoon dried rosemary 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Set the oven to 425 degrees F(220C) and preheat it.

MAKING
2) Take the lamb and rub it with a mixture of sugar, salt, pepper, mustard and oil.
3) Take a baking dish and place the lamb in it after adding rosemary and lemon zest to it.
4) Put it in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.

SERVING
5) Add roast potatoes to the plate and serve.
