Lamb Liver

Ingredients
  Whole lamb liver 1
  Onions 5 Medium
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), mashed
  Allspice To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Celery bunch 1 1⁄4 Large
Directions

MAKING
1.Take the fresh livers and chop them into cubes of an inch and place them in a bowl.
2.Cut the onion in length into 4 pieces after peeling and put the pieces in the bowl.
3.Put seasoning and mashed garlic in the bowl and mix it well.
4.Put some chopped celery leaves also in the bowl and stir.
5.Refrigerate the bowl for 2 hours.
6.Once done, put the livers and onion on skewer one by one and use the vegetable left for salad.
7.Grill.

SERVING
8.Serve hot with dips.
