Organic Mushroom Lamb Saute
In a Tbsp Olive Oil, over medium heat, brown 1 lb ground lamb with 1/2 cup of MWL Creamy Mushroom Leek Soup Mix. Add a handful each of chopped mushrooms and broccoli and saute 5 mins.
Add 1/2 cup coconut milk (or dairy cream) and 1/2 cup water and simmer 5 minutes til thick.
Serve over a bed of organic quinoa, brown rice or egg noodles.
Dairy-free Spicy Aztec Hot Chocolate.
Mix 2 Tbsp Aztec Chocolate Spice Blend with 1/4 cup coconut milk in a large mug. Add 1/4 cup vanilla (or chocolate) almond milk. Fill mug with boiling water and stir well.
OR for Dairy Cream Lover's - Mix 2 tbsp Aztec Chocolate slowly with boiling water, a little at a time, to fill mug. Add cream and honey to taste.
