Delicious Marinated Lamb Chops

  Lamb loin chops 2 Pound (1 Kilogram, Mid)
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped basil 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Prepared french mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Anchovy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon

Trim any excess fat off chops.
Mix oil with 1/2 clove crushed garlic and black pepper, parsley, basil and salt.
Cover chops with marinade and leave for 4-5 hours.
Mix French mustard with anchovy sauce, lemon juice, ground black pepper and 1/2 clove crushed garlic.
Spread 1/2 the mixture on the chops, then grill.
When brown, turn over and spread with remaining mixture and grill till well browned.
Alternatively, spread mixture on both sides of the chops, arrange in baking pan uncovered and cook in oven at 180°C (350°F) for 1 hour or until cooked.
