Lamb In Naan Bread
|Minced lamb||1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)|
|Parsley||1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Naan bread||4 Small|
|Red onion||1 , sliced|
|Tomatoes||3 , halved and finely sliced|
|Mint||1 1⁄4 Bunch (125 gm), chopped (1 Large Bunch)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
Mix together the lamb, parsley, onion, garlic, tabasco and egg.
Season to taste and shape the mixture into eight sausages that will fit into the naan breads.
Heat a griddle pan until hot.
Place the lamb sausages on the griddle and cook for 6-9 minutes.
Take care when turning the sausages; it is important to get a good crust on the outside of the sausages so that they don't break when turned.
Mix together the onion, tomatoes, mint, olive oil, lemon juice and seasoning.
Open the naan breads carefully, making a pocket in which to place the filling.
Place the naan breads under a medium grill and cook on each side until lightly browned.
Fill with the salad and add the sausages.
