Orange Barbecued Lamb
|Catchup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated orange peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Orange juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Molasses||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Barbecue spice||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Cubed cooked lamb||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
In small saucepan, blend flour with 2 tablespoons water.
Add catchup, orange peel, orange juice, salad oil, molasses, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and spice.
Bring to boil; cook over low heat, stirring, until mixture thickens.
Add lamb; heat through.
