Curried Lamb

Ingredients
  Lamb 1 Pound, cut into 1-inch cubes
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finley chopped
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Ground cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Brown meat on all sides in oil.
2. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat 60 minutes or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
