Barbecued Leg Of Lamb

Ingredients
  Leg of lamb 1 Large
  Flour 100 Gram
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Water 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Tomato sauce 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Place the lamb in a baking dish and surround with the sliced onions. Combine all the other ingredients and sauces and pour over the meat.
2. Roast in a moderate 350°F (180°C) oven for 30 minutes to each pound (60 minutes per kg). Baste frequently.
3. Pour off any excess fat and make a gravy with the basting sauce.
