Marinade For Lamb

Ingredients
  Dry red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped chives 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Marjoram leaf 1 Pinch, crumbled
  Rosemary 1 Pinch, crumbled
  Thyme 1 Pinch, crumbled
Directions

Combine the wine, olive oil, parsley, chives, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, marjoram, rosemary and thyme in a small bowl.
Blend well.
