Grilled Lamb Chops
|Butter||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|Worcestershire sauce||4 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||4 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||To Taste|
|Parsley sprigs||1 (To Garnish)|
Arrange the chops in a shallow dish in one layer.
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Stir in the remaining ingredients with garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste and pour over the chops.
Turn them to coat both sides.
Leave to marinate for about 20 minutes.
To cook, drain the chops and grill for 8 to 10 minutes on each side.
Serve garnished with parsley.
