Lamb With Cucumber Tomato And Pepper Salad

Dana whips up a YUMMY piece of lamb to serve on a delightful cucumber, grape tomato and pepper salad.
Ingredients
  Shallots 2 Small, finely minced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely minced
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dijon 2 Teaspoon
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Dill 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Extra virgin olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk together shallots, garlic, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, Dijon, honey, fresh dill, salt and oregano. Slowly whisk in extra virgin olive oil. Whisk in the mayonnaise and sour cream.
Place vegetables and olives in a bowl and add desired amount of dressing. Serve.
