Champagne Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  Lamb loin chops 4 (2 Inch Thick)
  Champagne 1⁄2 Bottle (0.5 l)
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Place all ingredients in baking dish.
Marinate 45 minutes or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Drain meat.
Bake until cooked as desired, about 35 to 45 minutes.
