South Seas Lamb Chops
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated orange peel||2 Tablespoon|
|Orange juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lamb shoulder chops||6 (Cut 1 Inch Thick)|
Combine all ingredients except chops in shallow pan.
Place chops in pan and marinate 2 hours, turning after 1 hour.
Arrange chops on broiler rack.
Place under broiler, 2 to 3 inches from heat.
Broil 8 to I0 minutes until brown.
Turn, brush with marinade and broil other side 6 to 8 minutes until brown.
