Barbecued Lamb Chops
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Chili sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Lamb chops||4 (1 1/2-In. Thick)|
In 1 -qt casserole combine onion and butter.
Microwave at High 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients except chops.
Arrange chops on roasting rack with meatiest portions to outside.
Spoon half of sauce over chops.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at High 3 minutes.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave 5 minutes.
Turn over and rearrange chops.
Spoon on remaining sauce; re-cover.
Microwave 10 to 20 minutes, or until chops are desired doneness.
