Lamb With Avocado And Red Onion Salsa
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), crushed|
|Balsamic vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Avocado||320 Gram, chopped (1 Large)|
|Red onion||170 Gram, chopped (1 Medium)|
|Chopped fresh coriander||1 Tablespoon|
Combine garlic, vinegar, 1 tablespoon of the juice and 2 teaspoons of the oil in large bowl with lamb.
Cover; refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine remaining juice and remaining oil in small bowl with avocado, onion and coriander.
Griddle-fry (or grill or barbecue) Lamb until browned both sides and cooked as desired; serve with salsa.
