Lamb Rib Chops
|Lamb rib chops||32 Ounce, cut 1 to 1 1/4 inch thick (8 Chops, 3 To 4Ounce Each)|
|Light olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Basil garden blend vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Savory seasonings cook blend||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Mint jelly||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish)|
Place ribs in shallow dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; whisk until blended.
Pour over nbs.
Cover; refrigerate 6 to 12 hours.
Pan fry chops in large frying pan over medium high heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until brown.
Turn over; pan fry 6 to 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160° on meat thermometer.
