Lamb Rib Chops

Ingredients
  Lamb rib chops 32 Ounce, cut 1 to 1 1/4 inch thick (8 Chops, 3 To 4Ounce Each)
  Light olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Basil garden blend vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Savory seasonings cook blend 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Mint jelly 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish)
Directions

Place ribs in shallow dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; whisk until blended.
Pour over nbs.
Cover; refrigerate 6 to 12 hours.
Drain marinade.
Pan fry chops in large frying pan over medium high heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until brown.
Turn over; pan fry 6 to 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160° on meat thermometer.
