Quick And Easy Lamb Dinner

Ingredients
  Lamb loin chops/Lamb rib chops 20 Ounce (About 1 Inch Thick, 4 Chops, 5 Ounce Each)
  Dehydrated onion flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, cut in half
Directions

Broil chops on rack 3 to 4 inches from source of heat 6 to 7 minutes or until browned.
In a small cup combine onion flakes, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
Turn chops and arrange tomato halves, cut side up, on broiler rack.
Sprinkle onion flake mixture over chops and tomatoes.
Broil 5 to 6 minutes or until chops are done.
Divide evenly.
