Quick And Easy Lamb Dinner
|Lamb loin chops/Lamb rib chops||20 Ounce (About 1 Inch Thick, 4 Chops, 5 Ounce Each)|
|Dehydrated onion flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, cut in half|
Broil chops on rack 3 to 4 inches from source of heat 6 to 7 minutes or until browned.
In a small cup combine onion flakes, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
Turn chops and arrange tomato halves, cut side up, on broiler rack.
Sprinkle onion flake mixture over chops and tomatoes.
Broil 5 to 6 minutes or until chops are done.
