Easy Marinated Lamb Chops

|Lamb sirloin chops||4 (About 1 Inch Thick)|
|Stone ground mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Red wine||6 Fluid Ounce|
Rub both sides of chops with mustard.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover with wine and marinate overnight in refrigerator .
Rub again with mustard just before broiling or pan-frying to desired doneness.
