Lamb Stew With Italian Green Beans

Ingredients
  Lean lamb shoulder 1 Pound, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned whole tomatoes 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 8 Ounce
  Onion 1 Medium, quartered
  Instant beef bouillon granules 1 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Crushed rosemary leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen italian green beans 10 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

In 3-qt casserole combine lamb, flour, salt and pepper.
Stir to coat lamb.
Add tomatoes, water, mushrooms, onion, bouillon, basil and rosemary.
Stir to break apart tomatoes; cover.
Microwave at High 5 minutes.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave 20 minutes; stir and re-cover.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 20 to 30 minutes longer, or until lamb is fork tender.
Add Italian beans; cover.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 10 minutes, or until beans are hot; stir.
Let stand, covered, 5 to 10 minutes.
