Lamb Chops Ole

Ingredients
  Onion 1⁄2 Medium, sliced
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Garlic clove 1⁄2 Small, minced
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Lamb shoulder chops 2
  Hot cooked noodles 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish combine the onion, green pepper, and celery.
Add water.
Cook at HIGH for 2 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, garlic, chili powder, and hot pepper sauce.
Dip lamb chops in mixture to coat, then arrange atop mixture.
Cover; cook at MEDIUM or COOK POWER 5 (50%) for 20 minutes, turning chops over after 10 minutes.
Serve sauce over hot cooked noodles.
