Crispy Lamb

Ingredients
  Lean lamb/Other meat 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Egg white 1 , beaten
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), crushed
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Dry red chilies 2 , roughly chopped
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash and shred lamb into thin strips.
Put,the lamb strips into a bowl and add egg white.
Sprinkle cornflour and rub well.
Keep aside for 20 minutes.
Heat oil and fry the shredded lamb for 2-3 minutes.
Drain and remove.
In the same oil fry the garlic, chillies and onion.
Saute until colour turns golden brown.
Add fried shredded lamb and stir fry over high heat.
Add salt, pepper, sherry and soya sauce.
Stir well and cook until done.
Sprinkle sesame oil just before serving.
