Lamb Chops With Minted Fruit Sauce

Ingredients
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Snipped mint/1/2 teaspoon dried mint, crushed 2 Teaspoon
  Mixed dried fruit bits 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lamb loin chops 2 1⁄2 Pound (1 Inch Thick)
Directions

For sauce, in a small saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
Stir in orange juice.
Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in mint.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes more.
Remove from heat.
Remove 1/4 cup sauce and set aside.
Stir fruit into remaining sauce; cover and keep warm.
Grill chops on an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 12 to 15 minutes for medium-rare or till desired doneness, turning chops once and brushing with the 1/4 cup sauce.
Serve chops with the fruit sauce.
Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
