Classic Lamb Hash
|Minced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced|
|Fat/Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Leftover lamb||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
|Diced leftover lamb||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced unpared apple||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Leftover lamb gravy||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mixed powdered herbs||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Saute onion and green pepper in fat in skillet until light brown.
Add remaining ingredients, except toast and parsley.
Simmer, covered, 20 min.
Serve on toast, sprinkled with parsley.
