Classic Lamb Hash

Ingredients
  Minced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced
  Fat/Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Leftover lamb 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Diced leftover lamb 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Diced unpared apple 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Leftover lamb gravy 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Mixed powdered herbs 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Toast slices 4
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Saute onion and green pepper in fat in skillet until light brown.
Add remaining ingredients, except toast and parsley.
Simmer, covered, 20 min.
Serve on toast, sprinkled with parsley.
