Lamb Kidney Stew

Ingredients
  Lamb kidneys 8
  Flour 4
  Salad oil/Melted fat 4 Tablespoon, melted
  Minced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned tomato juice 2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Dash (1 Speck)
  Toast 5
Directions

Wash and halve kidneys; then remove thick, white connective tissues.
Cut into quarters.
Dredge with the flour; then saute in the oil with the onion until brown.
Add tomato juice and seasonings, and simmer 10-15 min or until tender.
