Lamb Broiler Dinner

Ingredients
  Ground lamb 1 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Dash
  Dried thyme/Marjoram 1 Dash, crushed
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned potatoes 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Bacon slices 2 , halved
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Canned peach halves 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Mint jelly 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix ground lamb with 1 teaspoon salt, monosodium glutamate, thyme or marjoram, and milk.
Shape lightly into 4 oval patties.
Score with handle of wooden spoon or spatula.
Place drained potatoes in foilware pan (or make your own) and drizzle with butter.
Ar-rangemeat patties and foilware pan on broiler pan.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 12 minutes.
Turn patties; broil 2 minutes more.
Top each patty with bacon.
Turn potatoes: sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Place peach halves on broiler pan; broil 5 minutes.
Fill peach centers with mint jelly; broil 5 to 7 minutes more.
