Sate Kambing Skewered Barbecued Lamb
|Green onions||3 Large, minced|
|Garlic clove||1 Large, minced|
|Soy sauce/Kecap manis||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Indonesian)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Crushed chili paste/Crushed red pepper flakes/chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Sambal Oelek)|
|Boneless lamb shoulder||1 Pound, cut into 1/2-inch cubes|
|Kacang saus||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine onion, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice and seasoning in bowl.
Add lamb and mix well.
Cover and marinate 1 hour, tossing frequently.
Broil, turning and basting, about 5 minutes, or until done.
Serve with Kacang Saus.
