Crushed chili paste/Crushed red pepper flakes/chili powder
1⁄2 Teaspoon (Sambal Oelek)
Boneless lamb shoulder
1 Pound, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Combine onion, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice and seasoning in bowl.
Add lamb and mix well.
Cover and marinate 1 hour, tossing frequently.
Broil, turning and basting, about 5 minutes, or until done.
Serve with Kacang Saus.
