Zesty Lamb Chops
|Lamb shoulder chops||4|
|Coarsely chopped onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
In microproof baking dish arrange lamb chops in one layer.
Sprinkle with onion and garlic.
Cook, covered, on HI (max. power) 5 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients and spread over lamb chops.
Cover with waxed paper and cook on 60 (bake) 15 minutes, or until lamb chops are tender.
