Crown Of Lamb Roast

Ingredients
  Crown roast of lamb 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Instant dried onion 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry bread crumbs 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped apple 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Butter 3⁄8 Cup (6 tbs)
  Pignolia nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Bacon 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Rub roast with salt and pepper to taste.
Saute onion, celery, bread crumbs and apple in butter in skillet; add nuts, 112 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, ginger and marjoram.
Mix lightly.
Fill roast with apple mixture.
Wrap bacon around rib ends to prevent charring.
Bake for 35 minutes per pound.
Remove from oven; replace bacon with paper frills.
Allow 2 ribs per serving.
