Crown Of Lamb Roast

|Instant dried onion||2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry bread crumbs||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Chopped apple||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Butter||3⁄8 Cup (6 tbs)|
|Pignolia nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Rub roast with salt and pepper to taste.
Saute onion, celery, bread crumbs and apple in butter in skillet; add nuts, 112 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, ginger and marjoram.
Fill roast with apple mixture.
Wrap bacon around rib ends to prevent charring.
Bake for 35 minutes per pound.
Remove from oven; replace bacon with paper frills.
Allow 2 ribs per serving.
