Lamb Chop And Tomato Broil With Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
  Loin lamb chops 6 (1 Inch Thick)
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, halved
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Boiled potatoes 12 Small
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Drained horseradish 3 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Place lamb chops and tomato halves on rack in shallow pan.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from source of heat for 8 to 12 minutes or to desired degree of doneness,turning once.
Combine butter, salt and pepper; brush chops and tomatoes frequently with butter mixture.
Peel potatoes; brown lightly in additional butter in skillet.
Arrange chops, tomatoes and potatoes on heated platter; sprinkle tomatoes with pars ley.
Blend horseradish with sour cream.
Season to taste with additional salt.
