Tangy Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  Lamb loin chops 8 (1 Inch Thick)
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Canned sliced mushrooms 3 Ounce, drained (1 Can / 1/2 Cup)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Dried marjoram 1 Dash, crushed
Directions

Broil chops according to Lamb Chop Broiling-Chart.
Meanwhile, cook onion in butter till tender.
Blend in remaining ingredients, dash salt, and dash pepper.
Cook and stir over low heat till sauce is heated through.
Serve sauce with chops.
