Tangy Lamb Chops
|Lamb loin chops||8 (1 Inch Thick)|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||3 Ounce, drained (1 Can / 1/2 Cup)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dried marjoram||1 Dash, crushed|
Broil chops according to Lamb Chop Broiling-Chart.
Meanwhile, cook onion in butter till tender.
Blend in remaining ingredients, dash salt, and dash pepper.
Cook and stir over low heat till sauce is heated through.
Serve sauce with chops.
