Gourmet Lamb Chops
|Rib lamb chops||8|
|Burgundy||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Onion powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
Wipe chops with damp paper towels.
Combine Burgundy, garlic, salt, onion powder and pepper.
Place chops in single layer in marinade.
Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour and 30 minutes, turning chops several times; drain.
Broil chops 4 inches from source of heat for 10 minutes on one side.
Broil on other side for 6 minutes or until of desired doneness.
Combine cheese and parsley.
Place chops on heated platter.
Top each chop with small amount of cheese mixture.
