Lamb Riblets Creole

Ingredients
  Lamb riblets 2 Pound
  Brown gravy mix envelope 3⁄4 Ounce (1 envelope)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Dried marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground thyme 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Crushed bay leaf 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 can)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Combine lamb and gravy mix in a 2- or 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Microwave, uncovered, at HIGH 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir until well blended.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH 30 to 35 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
