Lamb Shanks In Cabernet Sauce

Ingredients
  Lamb shanks 4
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Carrots 4 , sliced into 1/4 inch slices
  Stalk celery 1 , chopped
Directions

Combine lamb shanks, onion, salt and bay leaf in a casserole.
Mix flour with water to dissolve.
Add to lamb along with remaining ingredients.
Cook, covered, 28 minutes or until lamb is done, turning lamb about 3 times to coat with sauce.
