Sweet And Sour Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  Lamb chops 4 (Thin)
  Oil 37 Milliliter (2 1/2 Tablespoon)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Wine 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Ginger juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 37 Milliliter (2 1/2 Tablespoon)
  Sugar 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Catsup 97 Milliliter (6 1/2 Tablespoon)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Water 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Tabasco sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch slurry 1 Teaspoon
  Pickled ginger slice 3 , finely shredded
Directions

1. Pound lamb chops on both sides to tenderize.
2. Marinate chops for 30 minutes.
3. Combine ingredients for sweet and sour sauce in saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and keep warm.
4. Heat non-stick skillet with oil over medium heat. Place chops in hot oil and cook 3 minutes per side, or until done as desired. Occasionally press chops down while frying to ensure even cooking.
5. Remove lamb to serving platter
