French Style Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  Chopped rosemary/1 teaspoon dried, crushed rosemary 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), finley minced
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Lamb chops 1 3⁄4 Pound, trimmed of all visible fat (8 Pieces, 3/4 Inch Thick)
Directions

In a small bowl, blend rosemary, garlic, parsley, olive oil, mustard and pepper to make a paste.
Spread evenly on both sides of chops and let sit at room temperature for 45 minutes.
Preheat grill or broiler.
Cook chops 6 to 8 minutes, turn and cook an additional 4 to 5 minutes.
