French Style Lamb Chops
|Chopped rosemary/1 teaspoon dried, crushed rosemary||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), finley minced|
|Chopped parsley||3 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Lamb chops||1 3⁄4 Pound, trimmed of all visible fat (8 Pieces, 3/4 Inch Thick)|
In a small bowl, blend rosemary, garlic, parsley, olive oil, mustard and pepper to make a paste.
Spread evenly on both sides of chops and let sit at room temperature for 45 minutes.
Preheat grill or broiler.
Cook chops 6 to 8 minutes, turn and cook an additional 4 to 5 minutes.
