Lamb Chops With Wine Sauce

  Lamb loin chops 36 Ounce (1 Inch Thick)
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Chablis/Dry white wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 14 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 14 Teaspoon
  Red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon

Trim fat from chops.
Coat a large nonstick skil let with cooking spray; place over medium high heat until hot.
Add chops; cook 4 minutes on each side or until browned.
Remove from skillet; drain and pat dry with paper towels.
Wipe pan drippings from skillet with a paper towel.
Return chops to skillet.
Combine wine and next 5 ingredients, stirring well.
Pour wine mixture over chops,- bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until chops are render.
Transfer chops to a serving platter, discarding wine mixture.
