Grilled Lamb Chops Caponata
|Lamb loin chops||24 Ounce (1 Inch Thick)|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
Trim fat from chops.
Rub with salt and pepper.
Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray,- place on grill over medium-hot coals.
Place chops on rack; grill 7 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
