Ingredients
  Lamb loin chops 2 (1 1/2 Inch-Thick)
  Unsalted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh grated lemon zest 1 Teaspoon
  Drained bottled capers 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions
