Garlic Glazed Lamb Roast

Ingredients
  Dry sherry 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Basil leaf 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic/2/3 teaspoon instant minced garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Lamb roast 4 Pound
Directions

In 1-cup measure, combine all ingredients except roast.
Cook, uncovered, 45 seconds or until mixture is warm.
Place roast on inverted saucer or small casserole cover in 2-quart (8 x 8) baking dish.
Baste roast with garlic glaze.
Cook, uncovered, 20 minute
